What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 20 feet container per Order. For custom designs or special projects, we can discuss flexible MOQ based on your requirements. Sample orders (1-3 units) are available with additional charges.
What are your shipping terms and delivery time?
We offer FOB Semarang, CIF, and door-to-door delivery options. Standard Production lead time 8 weeks after order confirmation. Shipping time varies by destination (e.g., 15-20 days to Europe, 20-25 days to USA).
Do you provide custom design and OEM services?
