Every furniture piece has a story long before it reaches its destination. At Lulu Living, that story continues after production, moving through our warehouse, packing area, and finally into a shipping container or delivery truck.

Once a product passes its final quality inspection, our logistics team begins preparing it for shipment. Depending on the destination, each item is packed using either Single Face protection or full carton box packaging. The choice is always based on the type of product and the shipping requirements, ensuring every piece receives the right level of protection before leaving our warehouse.

For export orders, loading a container is more than simply filling available space. Every cabinet, chair, dining set, and table is arranged according to size, weight, and destination. Larger items are positioned first, while smaller pieces are carefully placed to maximize container capacity without compromising safety during transit.

The stuffing process is carried out with careful handling at every stage. Our team secures each product to minimize movement inside the container, helping reduce the risk of scratches or damage throughout the international journey. A well-planned loading arrangement also improves shipping efficiency, allowing us to make the best use of every container while keeping products protected.

Not every shipment is bound for overseas destinations. Throughout the year, Lulu Living also prepares furniture for local exhibitions and design showcases across Indonesia. These projects often require faster preparation and delivery schedules, as every piece needs to be ready for display shortly after arriving at the venue.
