Production is the heart of Lulu Living. Behind every chair, table, cabinet, and living set we create, there is a carefully organized production process designed to maintain quality, consistency, and craftsmanship.

That is why we consider our production facilities an essential part of our business. Our factory setup is designed to support each stage of the manufacturing process, from the early stages of production to the final finishing and quality preparation.

Two Warehouses, One Production Process

Our production facilities consist of two separate warehouses, each with a specific purpose.

The first warehouse is dedicated to our basic production process, where the initial stages of furniture making take place. This includes processes such as wood preparation, assembly, weaving, and other manufacturing activities depending on the product.

The second warehouse is our clean and finishing area. Once the basic production process is completed, products are moved into this dedicated space for finishing, final assembly, quality checking, and preparation before packing.

Separating these two areas allows us to maintain a more organized workflow while keeping the finishing environment clean and controlled. It also helps our team manage production more efficiently as each stage moves from one area to the next.

Located in the Heart of Central Java

Both of our warehouses are located in Juwiring, Klaten, Central Java, an area with a long-standing tradition and strong workforce in furniture and craftsmanship.

Being based in Central Java allows us to stay close to skilled artisans, local material suppliers, and the craftsmanship that has become an important part of our identity.
